The Newburgh Urban Food and Farm Initiative (NUFFI) will honor SUNY Orange professors Likkia Moody and Monty Vacura, along with Dr. Rob Wakeman from Mount St. Mary College, at the Let's Gather and Grow fundraising event on September 8th at Pamela’s on the Hudson. NUFFI Executive Director Virginia Kasinki praised their contributions, stating, “Their leadership has propelled our mission forward, advancing sustainable agriculture and food access initiatives in the Newburgh community.”
